On Tuesday, the Corsicana Lady Tiger Basketball Team took on the Lindale Lady Eagles at 6 pm in Corsicana, Texas. The Lady Tigers were 2-0 with no losses for district play and with the win over Lindale are now 3-0. The Lady Tigers have been talking about attacking first and blowing someone away. They have accomplished that during the opening of the season, and they are being challenged continue it. The Lady Tigers were looking to jump on the Eagles and shut them down without any trouble and accomplished that as well. Lady Tigers beat Lindale 34-24. Head coach Kenya Landers said, “The Lady Tigers have the ability to have different outlooks on the floor, whether it’s a small or fast break, hard work, dedication, and drive. All of the players have the gift of bringing something different, and that’s what going to lead us to be District Champions.” Good Luck to the Lady Tiger Basketball Team as they continue district play!
