Corsicana High School’s UIL One Act Play production of “Play House Creatures” has advanced to BI-District. The play surrounds five women that is set back in the 17th century and takes a look at how life was for them being the first female actresses. Our actresses this year are Cameron Clift, Lexie Owen, Elisha Lovett, Jaelyn Bergey, and Kaitlin Griffin. The company attended their district contest on March 28, 2015. The company received the award in the following categories; All Star Cast- Helen Hibbs, Honorable Mentioned All Star Cast- Elisha Lovett, All Star Cast- Lexie Owen and Best Actress went to Kaitlin Griffin. Also, the company’s production has advanced to BI-District and will be competing on Thursday, April 9th, 2015.
